Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration Procedures:

• Arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
• Each party shall bear its own costs and fees
• Discovery shall be limited as determined by the arbitrator

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

Exceptions to Arbitration

The following disputes are not subject to arbitration:

• Disputes regarding intellectual property rights
• Claims for injunctive or equitable relief
• Small claims court matters within jurisdictional limits

Modifications

Severability
